New appointments in group exec committee.
Pöyry has appointed two new members to its Group Executive Committee. Dr. Norbert Gorny, 46, has been appointed Executive Vice President of Pöyry PLC and President of the Management Consulting business group.

Martin Bachmann, 42, has been appointed Executive Vice President of Pöyry PLC and President of the Water & Environment business group. They both report to Heikki Malinen, President and CEO of Pöyry PLC.
Dr. Norbert Gorny holds a PhD in Microbiology. He comes with an excellent mix of industry background from Carl Zeiss Group and before that management consulting experience from McKinseyMartin Bachmann holds a M.Sc. Civil Engineering.

He is currently Business Area President in the Urban and Mobility business group and has broad international experience from almost 20 countries. He has also
built an extensive global network both within Pöyry and the industry. He joined Pöyry with the acquisition of Electrowatt Engineering, where his career started in 1994.
