Suzano completes acquisition of Vale Florestar

SUZANO PAPEL E CELULOSE S.A. ("Suzano"), complementing the Material Fact notice dated June 4, 2014, announces that, as a result of the fulfillment of the conditions precedent provided for in the Share Purchase and Sale Agreement entered into on June 4, 2014 ("Agreement"), it consummated the acquisition, on the date hereof, of all shares issued by the private equity fund Vale Florestar Fundo de Investimento em Participações.

The total price and payment conditions remain those disclosed in the Material Fact notice published on June 4, 2014.
