Celulosa Arauco y Constitución S.A., together with its subsidiaries, produces, sells, and exports forestry and timber products worldwide. The company operates through Pulp, Wood Products, and Forestry segments.

The Pulp segment provides long and short fiber bleached pulp, which are primarily used as raw materials for producing printing and writing paper, as well as toilet paper and wrapping paper; long fiber raw pulp to produce packing paper, filters, fiber cement products, dielectric paper, and others; and pulp fluff to produce diapers and female hygiene products.

The Wood Products segment offers plywood panels, medium density fiberboard (MDF) panels, hardboard panels, PB panels, and MDF Moldings for use in the furniture, decoration, and construction industries; and various sizes of sawn wood and remanufactured products, such as moldings, precut pieces, and finger joints for use in the furniture, packing, construction, and refurbishing industries.
The Forestry segment produces and sells sawn logs, pulpable logs, posts, and chips.
As of December 31, 2017, it had approximately 1.0 million hectares of plantations in Chile, Argentina, Brazil, and Uruguay. The company is headquartered in Las Condes, Chile. Celulosa Arauco y Constitución S.A. is a subsidiary of Empresas Copec S.A.
